That's to mention the clubs which handle the knowledge of their customers lead to devotion and competitive advantage in different clubs. The purpose of this research was to explore the mediating function of perceived value from the relationship of customer knowledge with client loyalty and competitive advantage in Iran highest league football clubs. The investigation of the relationships of these factors showed that the design was suitable and economical with indirect relationship in which the mediating role of perceived worth was affirmed. The results showed that the model with indirect relationship with lesser AIC was significantly more effective than the version with direct connection and with no mediating function of perceived worth. On the flip side, the perceived price of the spectators eases the connection of variables. The information consisted of the sociological factors and performance indicators of the games in the English Premier League for its 2017-2018 season. Collected data in the questionnaires were modeling by LISREL program.
